Upon receiving an order, the production planning department clarifies the product model, quantity, and delivery schedule based on the requirements, formulates a detailed production plan, and simultaneously initiates precise material preparation. The warehousing department prepares materials according to the BOM list, with two people verifying the material model and quantity to prevent material errors from the outset.

● Production Department: Assign operational personnel, prepare work instructions, and clarify production execution standards; ● Quality Control Department: Provides inspection standards and sets quality acceptance standards; ● Equipment group: Completes the debugging and placement of machines, tooling, and testing equipment; Trial production can only begin after the three parties jointly confirm and approve the project, thus mitigating potential risks from the outset.

First item verification
We will first produce 3-5 samples for trial production, where technicians will verify the accuracy of the parameters and the operability of the instructions. The production department will check the consistency between the actual operation and the standards, and verify key processes such as light source welding and driver power supply assembly. Next, the quality control department will test all parameters, including luminous flux, color temperature, color rendering index, SDCM, and electrical safety, and keep records. Mass production can only begin after all three parties have signed and confirmed the results.

Mass production and quality control
After the initial sample inspection, production proceeds according to standardized procedures. IPQC inspects key workstations every 2 hours to capture production deviations in real time. If any non-conformity is found, the machine will be stopped immediately, and the process, quality control, and production departments will jointly analyze the cause. After rectification, the first piece verification will be carried out again to ensure that the problem "does not flow into the next process".

Component Function Screening
Conduct power-on tests on the light-emitting panels of the lamps and carefully examine the light emission of core components such as the light source.
Light source heat dissipation pretreatment
Apply silicone grease evenly to the thermal interface to enhance heat conduction and extend the life of the lamp!
Structural sealing process
Tighten the waterproof screws and apply sealant to create an IP protection structure.
Light source board installation
Precisely attach the light source board to ensure it fits snugly against the heat sink and allows for rapid heat dissipation.
Electrical connection
Standardized welding processes ensure conductivity and mechanical strength, eliminating the risk of incomplete welds and weld detachment.
Drive parameter calibration
Precisely adjust the driver power output to ensure that the actual power of the lamp is completely consistent with the design parameters.
Post-welding quality control
Clean away any residual impurities from the welding process to prevent oxidation of the weld joints and a decrease in insulation.
Optical component installation
Securely lock the optical lens, control torque and alignment accuracy to ensure light distribution angle and beam uniformity.
External cable connection
Use professional terminal blocks to connect external cables, and use heat shrink tubing to enhance the strength and vibration resistance of the electrical connection.
Insulation protection treatment
Hot air treatment allows the sleeve to tightly wrap the cable, enhancing insulation and abrasion resistance.
Housing / Glass Assembly Mounting
The standardized interlocking glass cover assembly balances light transmission with structural sealing and stability.
Finished product electrical safety testing
Simulate high-voltage operating conditions to test insulation and withstand voltage capabilities, ensuring that the luminaires meet electrical safety standards.
