Production parameters are monitored, and each batch of trial samples undergoes material composition analysis, tensile strength testing, and dimensional accuracy calibration. Production details are promptly adjusted and optimized. During bulk production and warehousing, 100% inspection of appearance and dimensions is conducted to ensure only housings fully compliant with KML corporate standards proceed to subsequent processes.

Incoming material inspection
In accordance with relevant international, national, and industry technical standards, we conduct triple verification of incoming materials for core components such as lamp body heat sinks, driver power supplies, light sources, lenses, and mounting accessories. This ensures that raw material suppliers meet relevant technical parameter standards. We also conduct annual process compliance audits on suppliers.
After raw materials are put into storage, we check them against the BOM list 100% to ensure that the material model, specifications, and quantity are accurate and in order to prevent incorrect or missing materials and ensure that there are no deviations from the design parameters.
