Upon receiving a customer's Purchase Order (PO), the system automatically breaks down the product model, quantity, delivery date, and special packaging requirements, simultaneously generating a production schedule and packaging preparation list. Production is then initiated as needed, avoiding inventory waste.

After production is completed, the warehousing department prepares goods according to order batches, checking the quantity and accessories of all models of lamps to ensure that each batch of goods is 100% complete. At the same time, packaging materials such as turnover boxes, pallets, and moisture-proof films are prepared in advance in designated areas to shorten packaging waiting time.

Before each batch of goods is packaged, QC and warehousing jointly conduct a full batch inspection, focusing on verifying the packaging protection requirements of each order, whether the labeling of each box/batch is clear, and whether the accompanying documents such as test reports and certificates of conformity are complete. Only after ensuring 100% matching with the PO will the shipment be initiated.

Based on the customer's order size, destination country/region, and customs clearance entity, we accurately prepare the required documents and submit the customs clearance data files to the customer or designated freight forwarder in advance to avoid the risk of customs clearance delays. If there are situations such as cargo inspection or certification information verification during the customs clearance process, the KML foreign trade service team will work with the customer and customs as soon as possible to provide relevant document support to ensure efficient customs clearance of the entire batch of goods and reduce the customer's cross-border logistics time and financial costs.
