Requirements Analysis
Before R&D begins, we will conduct a needs assessment in conjunction with the marketing, technology and production departments to break down the core requirements of different scenarios, comprehensively evaluate the technical feasibility of the requirements, and take cost optimization into account to ensure that the solution achieves the best balance between quality and cost-effectiveness.
Scheme Design
Once the requirements were clearly defined, the R&D team moved into the technology visualization phase. In addition to producing design drawings, they also used DIALux lighting simulation software to generate lighting design simulation diagrams. Focusing on the four core aspects of "heat dissipation, light distribution, protection, and installation," they optimized the lamp body structure, transforming abstract requirements into feasible design solutions.
Prototype Development
After the design was finalized, the R&D team launched a rapid prototype verification mechanism: deeply integrating KML's proprietary patented technology into the entire prototype development process, conducting process verification and material compatibility testing in a simulated mass production environment, monitoring prototype performance indicators in real time, dynamically optimizing design parameters, and ensuring that prototype performance is highly consistent with mass production standards.
Testing and Verification
After the prototype is produced, it enters a rigorous testing phase, using equipment such as integrating spheres, goniophotometers, waterproofing devices, and aging tests to measure core parameters such as color temperature, color rendering index, color tolerance, voltage, and light distribution angle. Simultaneously, global certifications are applied for to ensure the product meets the standards of the target market.
Mass Production Preparation
After passing the tests, the product quickly enters the mass production process. A dual-supplier mechanism is implemented for key components, with the ERP system automatically matching the best supplier and raw material batches being fully traceable. At the same time, through large-scale centralized procurement and continuous optimization of production processes, while reducing marginal costs, the product adheres strictly to R&D standards to achieve the dual goals of high-quality product delivery and market price competitiveness.
After-sales iteration
After product delivery, we continuously collect customer feedback, constantly update and optimize the product, and transform benchmark project experience into a scenario solution library to ensure that mature technology modules can be directly reused for similar needs in the future.
