After determining the scene lighting scheme, we conducted a DIALux lighting simulation design and initially determined a "zone-customized" scheme: lighting simulation schemes for areas such as road lighting, squares, building facades, and waiting halls. We then developed a reasonable scheme based on the client's needs.

Traditional fixtures have a lifespan of 10,000-20,000 hours, and for the same brightness, traditional fixtures consume twice the power of KML LED lights, offering significant advantages in energy consumption and maintenance.

During production, IPQC inspects each stage of the process every 2 hours, and the finished product undergoes 8 hours of aging test, waterproof test, and light distribution test - far exceeding industry standards.
Delivery and installation
Throughout the delivery cycle, quality control tracks production progress in real time to ensure product quality; packaging uses pearl cotton + hard outer box for double protection to ensure no damage during long-distance transportation.
During the product installation phase, we provide a printed product installation guide or offer remote video guidance for lamp installation to ensure optimal results!
