A "dual supplier" mechanism is implemented for key components. When a single supplier experiences production capacity fluctuations or quality risks, a backup source can be quickly switched to avoid the risk of supply interruption from the root.

Full traceability and controllability:

From batch warehousing to production flow, the entire process of raw materials is recorded on the blockchain in real time and is traceable, making the origin and destination of every core material clear and transparent.

Incoming material inspection

In accordance with relevant international, national, and industry technical standards, we conduct triple verification of incoming materials for core components such as lamp body heat sinks, driver power supplies, light sources, lenses, and mounting accessories. This ensures that raw material suppliers meet relevant technical parameter standards. We also conduct annual process compliance audits on suppliers.

After raw materials are put into storage, we check them against the BOM list 100% to ensure that the material model, specifications, and quantity are accurate and in order to prevent incorrect or missing materials and ensure that there are no deviations from the design parameters.
